Agreement

By creating an account or using WAVES you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old for community features and legally able to enter a contract in your country.

Wellbeing disclaimer

WAVES is a wellbeing companion, not emergency care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. Crisis resources are listed in the app.

Your account

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

Acceptable use

Be respectful in community spaces. Do not harass others, share illegal content, solicit money, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass safety or billing controls.

WAVES+ subscription

WAVES+ is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store under its terms. Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Intellectual property

WAVES branding, content and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve WAVES.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAVES is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
