Is WAVES free?
Yes. WAVES Free includes meditations, breathing, mood tracking, journaling, basic tools and community access. WAVES+ is optional if you want to go deeper.
Is WAVES a therapy service?
No. WAVES supports wellbeing and self-reflection. It is not a therapist, doctor, medical device or emergency service, and it does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions.
Who is WAVES for?
Adults who want practical tools for stress, sleep, mood and connection. Community features are for people aged 18 and over.
How do I get WAVES+?
Download the app and upgrade in Settings when you are ready. Pricing is shown in the App Store or Google Play for your region.
